How much does Lazygrid POS cost in New Zealand? +
Lazygrid is NZ$24 per month for Lite, NZ$59 per month for Standard and NZ$149 per month for Premium. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. Hardware, EFTPOS equipment and payment processing may be charged separately.
What is the difference between Lite and Standard? +
Base Lite is owner-operated: it includes one owner account, no included staff account, and no inventory tracking, Customer Accounts, loyalty, gift vouchers or reservations. Additional staff accounts with separate sign-ins and permissions can be added for NZ$5 per month each. Standard includes 2 staff accounts and adds inventory tracking, the barcode scan-to-cart workflow, Customer Accounts, loyalty, gift vouchers, reservations and category-based print routing.
How many staff accounts do I get? +
Base Lite includes one owner account and no staff account. Standard includes 2 staff accounts. Premium includes unlimited staff accounts. On Lite and Standard, additional staff accounts with separate sign-ins and permissions are NZ$5 per month each.
Which plan does a retail store need? +
Retail starts at Standard, because inventory tracking and the barcode scan-to-cart workflow begin on that plan. If you also want to sell retail products online against the same stock record as the shop floor, that runs on the Premium custom website.
Can I print drinks and hot food to different printers? +
Lite supports 1 compatible printer at a time. Standard and Premium support multiple printers and category-based routing — for example drinks to the bar printer and hot food to the kitchen printer.
What is included in the Premium website? +
Premium includes a custom branded website, routine maintenance of that site, a Web Admin area for dynamic content, foundational technical SEO for indexability and one design refresh each year covering up to 3 existing pages or 4 hours. Unused refresh allowance does not roll over, and no search ranking is guaranteed. With a 24-month or longer agreement, standard website migration and POS integration are included; that is migration and integration, not a redesign. Complex design, special features or integrations and extensive migration or data cleanup are quoted separately.
How does support work on each plan? +
On Lite and Standard, urgent operational issues are prioritised, including weekends and public holidays, and non-urgent enquiries receive an initial response within 1 business day. Premium requests are handled at the highest priority, including weekends and public holidays. These are initial response times, not guaranteed resolution times.
Do you help set up my menu or product catalogue? +
Yes. Every plan includes free initial menu or product catalogue setup when you supply accurate data in the agreed format, plus 2 consolidated rounds of adjustments. One round means one consolidated list of changes. Further changes after that are quoted.
Do you charge to assess my store before I sign up? +
A remote setup assessment from your photos, video or equipment details is free. An on-site store assessment starts at NZ$59 + GST and is quoted by location and scope. If you sign up within 30 days of that assessment, the fee becomes an account credit against your subscription fees; otherwise it remains payable. The assessment does not include installation, training or troubleshooting.
Can someone come to my store to set it up? +
Optional on-site setup and support starts at NZ$99 + GST and is quoted by location, travel and the work involved. Remote setup is included on every plan at no extra cost.
