What does integrated EFTPOS mean?
Lazygrid sends the exact order total to a supported payment terminal. The customer pays on the terminal and the approved result returns to the POS, so staff do not have to key the amount twice.
Can Lazygrid handle refunds with the payment terminal?
Yes. On supported integrated setups, staff start from the original Lazygrid order and the payment provider processes the refund, keeping the payment and order record connected.
Which New Zealand EFTPOS providers work with Lazygrid?
Lazygrid integrates with Windcave, EFTPOS NZ using Verifone terminals, and Shift4. We can also discuss your existing terminal and recommend the right setup.
Can I keep using an existing EFTPOS terminal?
Yes. If it is not one of our integrated setups, staff can enter the order total on the terminal and then mark the order as paid in Lazygrid. Contact us if you want us to assess an integration.
Do you also support a portable card reader?
Yes. The Stripe WisePad 3 connects to Lazygrid POS over Bluetooth for markets, events and other times you trade away from the counter.
