Questions
Before you switch ordering on.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers open your online ordering site in their browser, browse the menu and place their order without installing an app.
Can we offer both pickup and delivery?
Yes. You can configure the fulfilment options available to your business, including pickup and delivery. DoorDash delivery can also be connected where it suits your operation.
Where do online orders appear?
Confirmed orders flow into Lazygrid POS alongside your in-store orders, so the team does not need to copy orders from a separate marketplace tablet.
Can customers customise products?
Yes. Available sizes, choices and modifiers can be presented with the product so customers can build the order you have configured.
Is online ordering commission-free?
Lazygrid provides a direct ordering channel rather than a marketplace. Lazygrid does not charge a marketplace commission on those direct orders; normal payment processing, delivery provider and Lazygrid plan fees may still apply.
